The onset of the Great Depression marked a turning point for the Don Valley Brick Works, ushering in a series of transformative shifts. Once more, the establishment changed hands and became the Toronto Brick Company. At its peak, the factory churned out an impressive 25 million bricks annually, a testament to its thriving operations.
